Anthem Country Club
This project is located in the southeast part of the valley. Both new and resale homes are available. It is a true country club environment with all the bells and whistles.

Canyon Gate
Small guard gated community approximately 6 miles west of the strip off of Sahara. Homes surround and are in the proximity of Canyon Gate Golf Course and Country Club. Approximately 490 homes on around 500 acres.

Los Prados
Located just north and east of Decatur and Lone Mt., this community offers a community center, 2 pools, restaurant and 18 hole golf course.

Lake Las Vegas
Lake Las Vegas Resort is located in the southeast, between the Las Vegas Valley and Lake Mead, approximately 20 miles from the airport/strip area. It is built on 3952 acres and features 19 distinct neighborhoods including custom home sites, courtyard villas, waterfront and golf villas, resort condominiums, luxury executive homes and courtyard town homes.

Las Vegas Country Club
This is the original private guard gated golf course community of all Las Vegas! Located centrally in the city just to the east of the Strip, the Las Vegas Country Club has long been home to the rich and famous of the area. Town homes, luxury high rises, semi custom homes and custom homes are all found here lining the lush mature fairways of a championship 18 hole course that is home to several PGA tournaments each year.

MacDonald Highlands
This is a small exclusive guard gated community in the southeast. Custom homes as well as semi-custom homes are available.

Painted Desert
This community is located in the northwest, just south and west of the I95 and Ann Rd. It comprises around 1,500 homes, town homes and condos on 460 acres.

Red Rock Country Club
Built by Sunrise Colony Corp. this development it located on the west side, bordering the Red Rock Conservation Area. It features two Arnold Palmer designed par 72 golf courses, clubhouse and sports center. There are about 1,000 single family homes with prices ranging from $600,000 to over $1,500,000 plus 87 custom home lots.

Rhodes Ranch
This is a lovely guard gated community spread over 1500 acres in an excellent southwest area of town featuring 5 different builders. There are some terrific values here for those that want the security of live guards and the proximity of a fine course at an affordable price.

Silverstone Ranch
An affordable golf-club living community by Pulte Homes centered around the pristine fairways of the 27 hole championship golf course. Nestled at the base of the Sheep Mountain range in the far northwest, Silverstone Ranch offers a variety of entry-level, move-up, upgrade, and multifamily homes.

Spanish Trails
Oldest of the communities listed. Located approximately 15 min. west of Strip off of Tropicana, near the Sam's Town Hotel and Casino. Stallion Mountain Golf Club is semi-private and boasts three 18 hole courses, though the Walters group has now made arrangements to sell two of the courses to Pulte homes for moderate housing tracts.. Product includes both homes and town homes.

Southern Highlands
A beautiful development in the southern foothills just west of I-15 is Southern Highlands, a 2300 acre community with a 230 acre Robert Trent Jones 18 hole private championship course. Southern Highlands has over 50 acres of parks, biking and hiking paths, tennis courts, baseball and soccer fields, volleyball courts, lakes and waterfront shopping and restaurants.

Stallion Mountain
Located 5 miles east of the strip off of Flamingo. Homes are surrounded by 3 championship golf courses. There is no association/relationship with the golf course/country club other than proximity.

The Estates at Southern Highlands
This guard gated community of custom and semi-custom homes surrounds the Southern Highlands Golf Course and Country Club. It is located in the southern part of the valley just west of the I15.

Tournament Players Club (TPC)
Located in Summerlin, this exclusive community is built around the TPC Summerlin Golf Course, home to several PGA tournaments annually, including both The Las Vegas Invitational and The Las Vegas Seniors Tournament.
